Accent Sally Hansen Black heart topped by Kleancolor glitter matte I do, Romeo
I am digging these poor woman's glitter toppers from Kleancolor. Priced at $1.79, the base is a squishy jelly and might not dry fast if u are dabbing and making layers of glitter. But one coat of SV and I am set to go.
Needless to say I wouldn't have bought just one.
